Overview

PAK7 is altered in 2.14% of all cancers with cutaneous melanoma, lung adenocarcinoma, colon adenocarcinoma, melanoma of unknown primary, and breast invasive ductal carcinoma having the greatest prevalence of alterations [3].

The most common alterations in PAK7 are PAK7 Loss (0.17%), PAK7 Amplification (0.18%), PAK7 M173I (0.05%), PAK7 D334N (0.03%), and PAK7 E144K (0.03%) [3].
