PRSS1
Overview
PRSS1 is altered in 1.68% of all cancers with melanoma, lung adenocarcinoma, colon adenocarcinoma, squamous cell lung carcinoma, and non-small cell lung carcinoma having the greatest prevalence of alterations [3].
The most common alterations in PRSS1 are PRSS1 Mutation (1.47%), PRSS1 G83R (0.06%), PRSS1 Loss (0.08%), PRSS1 S40C (0.04%), and PRSS1 V25I (0.04%) [3].
