RELA
Overview
RELA is altered in 0.43% of all cancers with lung adenocarcinoma, anaplastic ependymoma, breast invasive ductal carcinoma, colon adenocarcinoma, and melanoma having the greatest prevalence of alterations [3].
The most common alterations in RELA are RELA Fusion (0.06%), RELA Q442P (0.06%), RELA-C11ORF95 Fusion (0.04%), RELA A264V (0.03%), and RELA D167N (0.03%) [3].
