Overview
RSPO2 is altered in 0.44% of all cancers with melanoma, colon adenocarcinoma, lung adenocarcinoma, breast invasive ductal carcinoma, and invasive breast carcinoma having the greatest prevalence of alterations [3].
The most common alterations in RSPO2 are RSPO2 Amplification (0.46%), RSPO2 Fusion (0.03%), RSPO2 M139V (0.06%), RSPO2 R64Q (0.05%), and RSPO2 V234I (0.05%) [3].
