Overview

SF1 is altered in 1.27% of all cancers with lung adenocarcinoma, colon adenocarcinoma, endometrial endometrioid adenocarcinoma, pancreatic adenocarcinoma, and breast invasive ductal carcinoma having the greatest prevalence of alterations [3].

The most common alterations in SF1 are SF1 Amplification (0.04%), SF1 Loss (0.04%), SF1 P485del (1.22%), SF1 R255W (0.04%), and SF1 K169del (0.03%) [3].
