SFPQ is altered in 0.02% of all cancers with pecoma, translocation-associated renal cell carcinoma, large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma, and lung adenocarcinoma having the greatest prevalence of alterations .
The most common alterations in SFPQ are SFPQ-TFE3 Fusion (0.01%) and SFPQ P188del (0.26%) .
