SHQ1
Overview
SHQ1 is altered in 0.81% of all cancers with lung adenocarcinoma, colon adenocarcinoma, bladder urothelial carcinoma, endometrial endometrioid adenocarcinoma, and cutaneous melanoma having the greatest prevalence of alterations [3].
The most common alterations in SHQ1 are SHQ1 Loss (0.10%), SHQ1 Amplification (0.10%), SHQ1 R154Q (0.01%), SHQ1 R75H (0.01%), and SHQ1 R160Q (0.03%) [3].
