SOX17
Overview
SOX17 is altered in 2.73% of all cancers with colon adenocarcinoma, breast invasive ductal carcinoma, lung adenocarcinoma, prostate adenocarcinoma, and endometrial endometrioid adenocarcinoma having the greatest prevalence of alterations [3].
The most common alterations in SOX17 are SOX17 Amplification (1.12%), SOX17 Loss (0.07%), SOX17 A96G (0.03%), SOX17 A292T (0.02%), and SOX17 A108V (0.02%) [3].
