STK40
Overview
STK40 is altered in 0.66% of all cancers with lung adenocarcinoma, breast invasive ductal carcinoma, colon adenocarcinoma, cutaneous melanoma, and endometrial endometrioid adenocarcinoma having the greatest prevalence of alterations [3].
The most common alterations in STK40 are STK40 Amplification (0.16%), STK40 Loss (0.06%), STK40 A330V (0.01%), STK40 A364V (0.01%), and STK40 A429V (0.01%) [3].
