TACC3 is altered in 0.26% of all cancers with bladder urothelial carcinoma, conventional glioblastoma multiforme, lung adenocarcinoma, glioblastoma, and breast invasive ductal carcinoma having the greatest prevalence of alterations [3].

TACC3 is a predictive biomarker for use of erdafitinib in patients.

Bladder carcinoma and urothelial carcinoma have the most therapies with TACC3 as a predictive biomarker.

Of the therapies with TACC3 as a predictive biomarker, 1 is FDA-approved in at least one clinical setting and 1 has NCCN guidelines in at least one clinical setting.

FGFR3-TACC3 Fusion, FGFR2-TACC3 Fusion, and TACC3 Overexpression are the top alterations on TACC3 targeted by therapies [4].
