TAF15 RNA polymerase II, TATA box binding protein (TBP)-associated factor, 68kDa (TAF15) is a gene that encodes a protein that functions in RNA polymerase II gene transcription as a component of a multi-subunit transcription initiation factor TFIID complex. Fusions are observed in this gene.

TAF15 is altered in 0.07% of all cancers with pancreatic adenocarcinoma, breast invasive ductal carcinoma, sarcoma, NOS, anaplastic meningioma, and angiosarcoma having the greatest prevalence of alterations [3].
