Overview

UBL3 is altered in 0.01% of all cancers with colon adenocarcinoma, colonic type adenocarcinoma of the appendix, gastric adenocarcinoma, and lung adenocarcinoma having the greatest prevalence of alterations [3].

The most common alterations in UBL3 are UBL3-FLT1 Fusion (0.01%) and UBL3-NF1 Fusion (0.01%) [3].
