USH2A is altered in 2.31% of all cancers with breast invasive ductal carcinoma, mixed lobular and ductal breast carcinoma, breast invasive lobular carcinoma, breast neoplasm, and mucinous breast carcinoma having the greatest prevalence of alterations .
The most common alterations in USH2A are USH2A Amplification (21.45%), USH2A Mutation (6.03%), USH2A P196S (0.17%), USH2A A3975T (0.08%), and USH2A P1076S (0.08%) .
