XIAP is altered in 0.66% of all cancers with lung adenocarcinoma, endometrial endometrioid adenocarcinoma, colon adenocarcinoma, high grade ovarian serous adenocarcinoma, and breast invasive ductal carcinoma having the greatest prevalence of alterations [3].
