Pancreatic adenocarcinomas most frequently harbor alterations in KRAS, TP53, CDKN2A, SMAD4, and CDKN2B [2].
KRAS Mutation, KRAS Exon 2 Mutation, KRAS Codon 12 Missense, TP53 Mutation, and TP53 Missense are the most common alterations in pancreatic adenocarcinoma [2].
